Q: How do I get to the Gateway Convention Center?
A: Directions to Gateway Convention Center can be found on our "Attend" tab.

Q: How do I register?
A: Please click the "Registration" tab to to be directed to the ticket link.

Q: Why should I register for the show?
A: Registered attendees get faster entry into the show! Plus, any registered attendee will be entered into each vendor attendance prize drawing. Prize list can be found on the "Vendor List" tab.

Q: What is the cost of regular admission?
A: Admission is FREE for the Gateway Wedding Show! 

Q: Where should I go when I arrive to Gateway Convention Center? 
A: Parking at Gateway Convention Center is free so, feel free to park anywhere. You will then want to enter through the East Entrance.  Please have your ticket ready for the ticket taker. If you have not registered prior to the show, tickets will be available day of!

Q: What if I cannot find my confirmation email?
A: Our ticket taker can check our registered attendee list on the day of the show.

Q: What time should I get there?
A:The January Gateway Wedding Show is from 5:00pm until 8:30pm. The building will open at 4:30pm for early entry and will close at 8:30pm.

Q: What will the show feature?
A: The Gateway Wedding Show will feature several of the area's best wedding and vendors, food and beverage samplings, dessert samplings, a fashion show, cake decorating contest, prize give-a-ways....and so much more!

Q: Will there be a Gateway Wedding Show next summer?
A:  No. We have made the strategic decision to consolidate our winter and summer Gateway Wedding Shows into one powerhouse of an event.  We will host the Gateway Wedding Show annually in the winter only moving forward.  Our goal is to focus all our energy into growing this event to new levels.  

Q: Do you host other shows where I can participate as a vendor?
A: Yes! Please check out our Calendar Page on the Gateway website - https://www.gatewaycenter.com/attend/events-calendar for a list of events that are open to the public.  Every December, Gateway hosts a Winter Market with a variety of local vendors, family activities including crafts, music, Santa, and lots of holiday cheer!  For more information about becoming a vendor in this event, please contact Anni Peiffer at 618-345-8998 or EMAIL ANNI.  In 2025, Gateway Convention Center is adding a new event called Harvest & Handmade Craft Fair.  For more information about becoming a vendor in this event, please contact Joe Decker at 618-345-8998 or EMAIL JOE.
